Safeguarding at DLTS: Strengthening Safety Across Our School

At DLTS International School, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all of our students. To ensure this, we have a dedicated Safeguarding Team in place, made up of trained staff members from across the school.
Meet Our Safeguarding Team

Our Safeguarding Team is responsible for protecting students’ wellbeing, responding to concerns, and promoting a culture where every child feels secure and respected. We work closely with teachers, section heads, the school counsellor, and families to identify and address any safeguarding concerns, big or small. Whether it’s supporting students through challenges, guiding staff, or leading proactive wellbeing initiatives, our team is here to serve the DLTS community.

Learning from Global Experts
As part of our ongoing commitment to best practice, the Safeguarding Team recently took part in an intensive training session led by Mr. Adam Lubbock, a UK-based expert in international school safeguarding. Mr. Lubbock has supported schools around the world in developing robust safeguarding systems and equipping staff with the tools to manage complex safeguarding situations. His expertise has helped us reflect on our current practice and strengthen our procedures to align with international standards.
