In our ESL Programme at DLTS International School, we prioritize more than just language acquisition; we foster a love for learning, self-expression, and global awareness. Your child will engage in interactive lessons, enhancing their communication skills and building confidence in English. Our experienced instructors provide personalized attention, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
ESL students are scheduled to participate in structured sessions with the designated ESL teacher three times per week during pull-out periods. ESL students may select three subjects for pull-out sessions, including library, literacy, UOI Health, UOI Social Studies or after regular school hours. The ESL teacher will actively engage with ESL students in their regular English, math, or science classes, providing support and guidance during three push-in periods per week. This comprehensive approach aims to enhance the linguistic and academic development of ESL students across various disciplines and extracurricular pursuits. Additionally, parents will receive progress reports detailing the content covered and the overall academic advancement of their students every two months.
