Greeting from Dr.Matthew Fahey
Head of DLTS International School
Dear Parents,
I am happy to report that my team and I enjoyed a very rewarding visit to Mahidol University International Demonstration School (MUIDS) today.
We met with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Singhanat Nomnlan, who is the Director of MUIDS, and his team. During our discussion, we were able to explore how closely our programmes align with MUIDS. It also gave us more ideas on how we can better prepare our students for a smooth transition into MUIDS.
It was incredibly reassuring to engage with Dr. Singhanat, whose expertise and dedication as an educator are truly inspiring. This meeting has given us even more confidence in the work we are doing here at DLTS International School. It is always rewarding to connect with someone like Dr. Singhanat and share ideas that will further strengthen our mission to support our students’ futures. Thank you once again to Dr. Singhanat and the MUIDS team for their time and insights. We look forward to building an even closer relationship and one day having many of our talented students attend MUIDS and make both of our programmes very proud.

Greeting from Ms. Rebecca Suangoon
Head of Upper School
Dear Parents,
The past few weeks have been busy and full of excitement in the primary grades! Students in Grades 4 and 6 recently went on field trips that offered wonderful opportunities to extend their learning beyond the classroom. These experiences helped bring their lessons to life in engaging, real-world settings.
For our younger students, we’re happy to share that a Grade 1 field trip will be scheduled next semester. Additionally, residential trips for Grades 3-6 are also on the horizon for next semester, and we are eager to share more details with you soon.
At the moment, our students are working hard on their end-of-semester assessments, including MAP testing as well as Chinese and Thai exams. It’s been truly rewarding to see how proud they are of the progress they’ve made throughout the first semester.
Looking ahead, we have some exciting events coming up. On Friday, the 20th of September, we’ll celebrate creativity with DOT Day! As part of the celebration, we’re also holding a coin charity fundraiser, so please consider contributing if you can.
To wrap up the term, we’ll be hosting a Sci-Fi/Fantasy-themed party to celebrate a successful semester before the holiday break. We’re sure it will be a fun and memorable way to end the term.
Finally, if you’re interested in having your child attend the October camp, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for more information.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to finishing the semester strong!
