Greeting from Dr.Matthew Fahey
Head of DLTS International School
Dear Parents, Teachers, and Students,
Thank you for a very successful first quarter. The dedication and hard work from all stakeholder groups has made this first quarter both enjoyable and successful. Our students continue to show tremendous progress. It is obvious that both the support of our parents and the dedication from our teachers have been crucial in achieving this success.
October Camp and Homework
I would like to remind everyone about our upcoming October camp. If you haven’t signed up yet, I strongly encourage you to do so. This year, in an effort to maintain academic continuity, students will have homework assigned during October. Those attending the camp will complete their assignments during the camp. Students not attending the camp will need to complete their homework at home. This approach ensures that all students stay on track with their learning, regardless of their participation in the camp. October camp is still a great opportunity for all of our students. If you have not yet signed up please consider signing up.
Welcome Our New PYP and MYP Coordinator
I am thrilled to announce Mr. William Beatty our new PYP and MYP coordinator has joined our school community. He arrived on the 1st of August and, although his official start date is the 2nd of September, he has already begun working with us remotely. We are excited about the expertise and fresh perspectives he brings to our programmes. The Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) hold great potential for our school. We look forward to the positive impact they will have on our educational offerings.
Thank you once again for your continued support and cooperation. Let’s keep the momentum going and make this year an outstanding one for our students as we continue to ‘choose excellence’.

Dear Preschool Parents,
We are back in action after the mid-semester recess!
It is with great thanks that we acknowledge how quickly families joined our new Toddle Family platform. I hope that you are finding Toddle Family to be a highly informative form of communication. To stay informed, please check the announcements, daily learning summary with photos, weekly student portfolios and contact teachers and staff through ‘teacher messaging.’ If you wish, you may adjust your device settings to be alerted to any new activity in your Toddle account.
On behalf of all DLTS preschool teachers, we wish to express our appreciation to all of the parents who joined our PTC event on July 19th. We hope that you have a better understanding of the learning that has taken place in English subjects, Thai language and Chinese language from the start of this academic year and the progress your child is making in these areas.
There are a few upcoming events to make note of on your calendars. Our Toddler and EY1 students will travel to the Children’s Discovery Museum on Thursday, August 15th for their field trip; we look forward to an exciting learning adventure off-campus. We also look forward to seeing many of you at our International Fun Day event at Rama 5 campus on Monday, August 19th from 9:00am-12:00pm.

Greeting from Ms. Rebecca Suangoon
Head of Upper School
Dear Parents,
We were thrilled to have the Grade 2 students showcase their special talents during Monday’s assembly. The audience was treated to an array of performances, including drums, piano, singing, dancing, and violin. It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to shine and share their skills with us. I am eagerly looking forward to the rest of the showcases this semester, as each performance brings out the unique abilities and hard work of our students.
In the past two weeks, both Grade 2 and Grade 5 students have enjoyed enriching field trips to various museums. These excursions provided a fantastic opportunity for our children to learn beyond the classroom walls, sparking their curiosity and enhancing their understanding of the subjects they study. The experiences and knowledge gained from these visits are invaluable and contribute significantly to their overall education.
As we approach the end of the semester, we are beginning to plan for the upcoming testing period. Please keep an eye out for information regarding the MAP testing, which will be sent home via our Line Official account. Your support and involvement are crucial to your child’s success, and we greatly appreciate your continued partnership in their educational journey.
